  • Promotional material rather than actual content on the topics

More promotional material than actual content. Majority or the content is on how people can ask for budget approval to attend classes. Which is ok, but still not sold on why this is a podcast, it’s a bit misleading. It’s ok to promote your business.

  • Practical and Helpful

I found Kim’s podcast when I became a new manager and was hoping to find resources my company didn’t provide me. I have loved it ever since. Sometimes I feel like she is in my head - I’ll be thinking about or worrying about something and then the next week she covers it and provides practical advice I can apply immediately. Her focus on mindfulness and slowing down is especially helpful.
