  • Mix of inspirational “girl-boss energy” and science

I enjoy this podcast- filled with lots of good science. Sometimes I find the inspiration corny, but sometimes it’s needed. The guests are mostly interesting (a highlight was Kacee, the therapist).

My one annoyance is how salesy she is for her 30 for 30 group facilitation, bonus podcasts and other things, but I also understand the podcast is free and she needs to make her money somehow.

I really appreciate Dr. Rentea’s focus on the long-term journey to better health with incremental improvement mindset vs all or nothing perfection. She’s enjoyable to listen to and is so relatable. (Love her laugh, too)
