  • Too much waffle

I thought this podcast would be really interesting and it was, when it got to the point but oh my goodness, what a lot of chit chat about nothing before that. It was an hour long podcast with the two of them chatting about bin day and whatever. Boring.

Deep Dive: The Anxious Attachment
Q: How does this show up in adult relationships?
It presents as chronic dissatisfaction and anxiety around separation, often reflecting internal beliefs of being unlovable.
Deep Dive: The Anxious Attachment
Q: Can you fix an anxious attachment? Should we be aiming for this perfectly secure attachment?
It's important to recognize that having an ambivalent attachment style is an adaptation, and healing towards a more secure attachment is possible but doesn't mean aiming for a perfect state of security.
Lifting the cloud on ADHD with Producer Keeshia
Q: What advice would you give for anyone who has resonated with some ADHD symptoms but have been a bit nervous?
Try to make peace with the fact that there are reasons that you're feeling that way and you don't have to tell everyone about it in your life.
Lifting the cloud on ADHD with Producer Keeshia
Q: How are you feeling since the release of Cloud?
I had a lot of hesitation around actually talking about ADHD in general and a lot of that fear came from the stigma associated with it.
Deep Dive: The psychological side of birth
Q: What do you wish you knew now that you didn't know then around birth or what would you go back and tell yourself after going through it?
I wish that I had little more support during my hospital stay and realized how different it is from wanting to help versus having to host.
