This show is unique from the everyday self-improvement podcast. It uses real life historical examples to give solid life advice that everyone can use in the modern day. The production quality feels very professional and the dialogue is easy to follow along with and absorb. Give this podcast a listen if you haven't already!
I LOVE this podcast! Lemense and Anthony both are such intelligent and articulate hosts. The advice that they give is universal and can apply to just about everyone in its own way. As our society is growing to be more in tune with mental and emotional health, podcasts like this are SO important to helping maintain a healthy and positive headspace/outlook on life. I definitely recommend giving it a listen.
