  • 100th podium

    100 PODIUMS.

Since June 2021 — and it still doesn’t feel real.

Back in June ’21, I started listening to The Running Public podcast. That’s when things changed. The training plan, the mindset, the fire they preach — it all clicked. I started seeing real growth, not just in my running, but in who I was becoming.

What began as a goal to push my limits turned into something way bigger.

Every race, every setback, every “let’s go” moment — they built the athlete standing here now.

  • So underrated

A real breath of fresh air out there for runners who want a dose of training theory, straddling the line of being educational and informative without ever being dull or patronising or overly salesy. I’d go as far as saying it occupies the same hallowed ground as Steve Magnus’ podcast.
