To take our egos lightly and laugh at it and witness it . Effortlessness is not to relax but the acceptance of what is . Really enjoyed it . And enjoying all the podcast of stories .
I have heard all of the podcasts so far from the stories we tell. I find all of them quite powerful, and moving at the same time. Lots to learn from each of the speakers and Nithya Shanti himself. He allows the speaker to truly pour out their true feelings giving them a lot of space. I have reached a point where I wait for every Thursday for the release of the new one. 🙃
