Nick and Stephen have a clear chemistry that can only be formed by a lifelong brotherhood. They present great fitness information founded on truth, rather than the typical marketing jargon that so many of us are fed by the fitness industry. Their show is an easy listen and I find myself laughing throughout each episode. I feel like “one of the guys” sitting in the room with them.
