  • Depth and detailing is missing

Wonderful guests with very little extraction of their life experiences and the depth of the conversation hardly exists. Some unidimensional CEOs might like or recommend your podcast but it is not in league with the better ones. What you need to do is make this anecdotal, life stories, instances about what worked in different situations and above all pump up the excitement. The host needs to seriously work on voice modulation. But right now #ThisIsNotWotking
