這個禮拜，我們鐵人DNA的小宇宙又請到了一顆大星球，他的分享可以填補長期以來那塊缺少的DNA拼圖。這位鐵人三項教練在各大賽場上都有非常傑出的成績，人長得帥，比賽也殺，人有性格，教出的學生很傑出，今天給大家：J帥王志袁。
第一次跟他有互動，是在我們Challenge Roth德國完賽終點線，他老兄走進來的時候，眼眶泛淚，造成我眼淚潰堤，之後士官長廖斌宏也進來了終點，三個人抱在一起哭。（最後這段是我亂編，為了要能夠提高點閱率）

這一集由我們的代理主持人霧峰阿順便當店老闆郭丁元及頂天特戰士官長廖斌宏協助，就在EP63馬拉松大補帖公開後，針對沒有講完的超鐵的問題，一個一個來問Justin解答。
這個當中，除了講訓練，講課表的安排，還有提到恢復休息，營養補給，裝備選用，大部份應該幾乎都有討論到，也有研究交流要怎麼能夠做好室內的訓練。

早期玩鐵人三項都知道這位女人物，她從原本的馬甲少女變成馬甲媽媽，拼都拼了十年，過去怎麼拼都拿不到夏威夷Kona世界錦標賽的資格，十年磨一劍的劍都快要鈍掉的今年，現主時不只讓她在澎湖Ironman拿到資格，又讓她在夏威夷光榮的break the tape!

這次本電台邀請到的是之前訪問過的一位女中豪傑（S2EP42)，Elisa 王怡蓁，看似溫柔無害的外表之下，內心擁有著強大，不屈不撓的意志。凡殺不死我的，必讓我強大。
不只強大，這一回她的脖子上掛著一塊夏威夷Ironman世界錦標賽的完賽獎牌，雖然過程非常的崎嶇殘忍，但是她還是能夠突破重重的困難，堅忍不拔的完成比賽。
