11月，米襄突然告诉我，自己已经离开了碧山，在苏州呆了近一年。震惊之余，又找她来聊聊这段心路历程。
这已经是米襄第三次做客团力结构。第一次她分享了自己作为单身女性初次来碧山做乡村建设所遭遇的村民不解的目光；第二次她讲到自己做教育论坛从而与村庄关系逐渐变好。
今年已经是她在碧山从事乡村建设的第7年。结果遭遇了最为重大的变故，从去年下半年开始，因为“村痞”闹事与纠缠，她先是不得不拆除了一栋房屋，后又得了重病几乎濒死，最后只得离开碧山，慢慢疗愈自己。

我们找到了99年出生的生态新农人刘珩。他在2019年高中毕业时，放弃了高考。在打零工一年半积攒一笔钱后，刘珩开始在中国南北方各种各样的农场学习种地。到目前为止，他已经在9个农场呆过。如果小于1个月算的话，有十多个。
父母对他说，你会后悔不去读大学的。他说，我是后悔——后悔没有初中就离开。高中三年没有学到东西，反而压制了太多，反而要用后面更多的时间去恢复。

偶然间看到廷俊的博士中期答辩，题目是《维护梯田：鼓楼里的道德话语》，很感兴趣，于是找他来录了霜降的播客。
依照人类学的田野传统，廷俊需要在侗寨里住满一年，与村民同吃同住同劳动，学习侗语，深入观察。他从今年3月进入位于黔东南的黄岗侗寨，预计明年3月离开。完整的参与了侗族传统的糯稻种植周期。我们谈了很多种田的具体细节。
