  • very weak episode about sake

Mr Kassir made a lot of mistakes and simply forgot about yeast role and variety. À missed opportunity to talk seriously about nihonshu.

  • I was transported back to Lisbon

The Wines of Lisbon podcast with Janina and Libby was so informative and they set the scene of the beautiful landscapes and wines this region can offer.

The way they described each wine in so much depth, so passionately, had me hooked. Needless to say, I’ve already added three of them to my must-buy list.

I highly recommend listening to Janina’s podcasts. I can’t wait to listen to the next one))

For sure, she will educate you. You will learn all the facets of wine. Not just the characteristics of specific win... more
