  • Blame on everyone but the perpetrators

This social justice recording is a 50 minute long promotion of other podcasters who are always taking on those ‘underreported’ and ‘underrepresented’ cases, that we are, as a collective, guilty of not giving enough attention to. Hosted by a woman with a strong white saviour syndrome. There is no real substance to any of the cases, just a long ramble about injustice and of course self indulgent promotion of some other podcaster and their admirable work. You will not learn details or theories.

  • Great Writing, Not So Great Narrator

The subject matter of the content is serious and tragic, so the fact that the narrators voice often sounds like she’s smiling, about to laugh, is unsettling. It’s hard to not get distracted by it. Sounds like she’s sharing her favorite holiday recipes with us or something, it just comes off as somewhat disrespectful.

  • Love this podcast!

I love that they shed light on cases that don’t get as much media attention. Also they dedicate a portion to the show to recent and high urgency missing people. The host is great as well!

  • Narrator’s voice

…why does it sound like she’s smiling? That’s the only way I can describe it-her tone vs the subject material is off-putting. The content seems well researched and I hope leads to some closure in these cold cases.
