    I almost cried today finding this podcast. Ever since COVID I’ve been looking for something just like this. Currently experiencing life trauma, with a lot of anxiety and panic attacks.   • This is the perfect solution.

    I love working out and meditation but I’m easily distracted. This is the perfect solution. It’s a good pace to keep you engaged and so simple. Often the walks include taking deep breathes and information about why walking is so important as she guides you through your work out.
