I almost cried today finding this podcast. Ever since COVID I’ve been looking for something just like this. Currently experiencing life trauma, with a lot of anxiety and panic attacks. And listening to Helen today gave me hope and made me feel better. Can’t wait to listen to all of her episodes! Helen, thank you for creating this particular podcast.
I love working out and meditation but I’m easily distracted. This is the perfect solution. It’s a good pace to keep you engaged and so simple. Often the walks include taking deep breathes and information about why walking is so important as she guides you through your work out.
I love my daily walks and now I feel like I have a friend and coach walking right by side me talking me through the walk, plus great conversation! I will definitely be sharing with my other friends that enjoys a good walk. Thank you so much for taking time to sharing these!
