  • Good topics, good podcast

This is a great podcast that shares lots of interesting mental health info. The only issue I have is the swallowing noises over the mic and silence at times. Otherwise, it’s a solid podcast. Thanks for the dedication.

  • Worth listening to!

I’m not a podcast person. But I can’t get enough of Welcome to Group Therapy! I listen on my commute to/from work and I laugh so much. The topics are discussed well, backed by research and personal/professional experiences.

The dynamics of the hosts make this podcast perfect 😜😂

Everyone should listen. You’ll learn a lot about others, about yourself.

  • Great conversation but too much noise

I love the premise of the show and I also follow some of you on tiktok. However I noticed when one person is talking, there are often muffled mic noises of people laughing? Or sometimes other hosts interrupt, making it hard to focus, especially when there are four of you, talking at the same time is a lot for my overstimulated brain. Thank you.

  • Amazing

Since I started listening to this podcast it has really helped me understand more about myself. As well as inspire me to continue my psychology degree. I had put it on the back burner but I have really big ideas and I believe I can do it.
