Breakups are sad and yes, sometimes hard to get over. Ally’s podcast, while well-intended, reminds me of that friend you have who is always talking about her ex-boyfriend. You can’t help but think “get over it already.” We learn that time heals all wounds and hopefully time wounds all heels too. However there is not always pathology or abuse when it is just a case of two people who just aren’t meant to be together…
Yikes. Beyond entitled , therapy speak. Very limited perspective.
This “podcast” has extreme amounts of unfounded facts, defamation of character, harassment, lies, misinformation and verbal abuse.
A sorry for herself narcissist rambles on whining about how she got her heart broken in a rebound summer fling.
I admire how raw and vulnerable Allyn is in sharing her story. She does an incredible job of recognizing her wounds and past mistakes without judging her former self through the lens of her current growth. It’s inspiring and deeply relatable.

You could have helped but you didn’t do anything.
