  • Used to love the show

I’m very disappointed they’ve stopped having guests on the show. Now it sounds like two guys just reading random facts off the internet and cracking jokes, with no real substance. I can read random facts and listen to other comedy online. While Neil and Dave are very entertaining, I came to this podcasts for the intriguing guests and deep subject dives that made their show famous. Please go back to the old format.

  • Two better than one

Laurel and Hardy, Mutt and Jeff, a twosome is best for comic patter, even if a joke falls flat now and then. These two draw on an immense reservoir of arcane knowledge. They do their homework. Count on Tom and Dominic to amaze you in every episode.

  • This is brilliant, brainy, bodacious and bonkers

Came for Neil, stayed for Dave. This is brilliant and recommended listening for everyone who enjoys entertaining, witty, fascinating and delightfully, surprisingly, informative conversation; and especially for anyone suffering a deficit of hilarious humour, fab facts, erudite entertainment and brilliant banter - all delivered in their lovely lilting Irish accents. It’s also a great way for (older!) school kids to get interested in all kinds of stuff that they probably have study. Top, top stuff.... more
