  • Comfort Podcast

This is my favorite podcast! Our family has loved every iteration of The Wiggles, but my kids are a little past that point now. I, however, am not! 😂 Simon and Lachy have a great rapport and they are funny! Wonderful guests as well. Thanks for making an awesome podcast!

  • Thank you wiggle talk ❤️

I grew up when the wiggles first came out but never really got to watch it as a child but I stumbled upon them as an adult looking for shows to watch with my young kids and have completely fallen in love. I have always loved music and singing and so do my children ❤️ the wiggles and their songs became something our whole family could share and watch together sing together and dance to together.

  • From a 17 year old

I’m 17 years old. I absolutely adore music and the wiggles. People say it’s childish of me to like the wiggles so much, but I don’t really care. I want to teach elementary school, mainly kindergarten or first grade and this podcast has really helped me open my mind to how little kids think and act. I go see the wiggles later this month in person and I can’t wait. Thank you Simon, Lachy, and Anthony!

  • Love it!

Wiggles have been such a big part of life for both my boys. I have a 1 year old and 5 year old and get so many lovely tips from this podcast. Loved the recent episodes on toy organisation and AI/science too - please keep up this variety of information so parents of toddlers and slightly older kids can keep listening! Simon and Lachy are both such fun, genuinely positive hosts. Love you Wiggles, thanks again for all you do.

What Children Should Actually Eat
Q: Is it important for children to see their parents eating the same foods?
Absolutely. Kids learn by observing, so it's crucial for parents to model healthy eating behaviors in front of them.
What Children Should Actually Eat
Q: Do we over-snack our children?
Children typically need three meals and two to three snacks daily. Grazing throughout the day can dull hunger cues, so protecting mealtimes is essential.
What Children Should Actually Eat
Q: Where does toast or bread sit in the mix for breakfast?
Toast should also be whole grain, paired with a protein source like eggs or nut butter, along with some fruit or yogurt to make it balanced.
What Children Should Actually Eat
Q: Can we just start with breakfast? What's a good start for breakfast for children?
Breakfast should include a mix of whole grains, fruits or veggies, healthy fats, and a dairy source. Options like a hearty bowl of cereal with added fruit and nuts can be beneficial.
Dear Wiggles: Can I Have A Baby Brother?
Q: How do you talk to your children about siblings when you don't have all the answers yourselves?
Simon and Lachy suggest being honest with children about family dynamics and maintaining gratitude for the family you have.
