Not helpful at all. As a 20 year sufferer was hoping for some shared insights but instead Rik asks leading questions and often answers the guests questions himself and agree w other comments appears he’s using this as a platform to promote his own method and business!
It feels like the author is only using this platform to sell his program. There is no helpful tips & only promotion of the program. Very disappointing.
