  • Great first season

I appreciated the range of guests from very familiar faces on the wellness podcast circuit to those less often heard from. An ambitious breadth of topics for a first season and Rovere is a natural interviewer, with her own sense of wonder allowing her to bring listeners into each episode with open-minded curiosity.

  • Fascinating

I’ve just finished listening to the episode with Rahshaana Green and I found it incredibly interesting. Some real aha moments for me. I was particularly fascinated about yoga and how it can translate into our approach to life in general. The host is insightful, intelligent, fun and very easy to listen to- definitely a podcast I’ll listen to regularly.
