Frank我是一個由台灣到矽谷留學就業創業的人，這個podcast 是訴說我的30多年生活經驗及職場經歷和管理經驗 。我從一個窮留學生到世界五百強企業的管理階層，最後如何在幾個初創公司之後退休。
我在六七年前開始在臉書分享這些經驗，頗受好評。過去一直有臉友慫恿我把臉書寫的集結成冊的出本書。，我總是擔心花了精神編輯之後無人問津。現在誰還看書？甚至擔心就算我送給所有的朋友，最後也在人家的馬桶水箱上，💩時才翻翻。至於那些建議我拍影片的，更是欺負我沒胸沒腿可露的，最後變成YouTube 孤兒！

我在臉書上提到一位大三就靠投資與避險在大安區買房的女生，給了我極大的震撼，也讓我反思我們四五年級生的「純真年代」是否已不復返。
我更仔細地觀察了身邊的年輕案例。本集節目，我將分享三個具體的台灣年輕人創業與財富累積故事。這些例子讓我深刻意識到，我們常掛在嘴邊的「草莓族」，「躺平青年」，或「啃老」，或許是個巨大的誤解和不公平的指責。
他們的「躺平」，很可能是在對抗一個極度不友善的工作環境——一個老闆只顧自己利潤、努力與回報不成正比的體制。

這一集我邀請到一位同樣住在矽谷剛好也回台北的聽友，分享她最近回台灣的所見所感。從在台灣搭公車的挫折與便利的反差，到去銀行「被審問」，以及協助父親遷入安養中心的不捨和負責清理父母的「寶藏」的壓力和心情起伏——這些在海外生活後才特別有感的日常細節，都讓人重新思考「家」的意義。

一直以來，華人對於矽谷這個地方有莫名的憧憬，期待又怕受傷害。對於矽谷我最早接觸到是鱸魚這個作者(書籍:異類矽谷)總是會在臉書上分享一些矽谷好玩的事情。然而不知道什麼因緣際會，剛好聽到frank跟朋友講到教育跟送小孩出國的故事，聽著聽著就上癮了。如果說喜歡看文字的我會推薦鱸魚這個矽谷人。如果喜歡聽故事我絕對推薦矽谷唬爛客frank大。錄音非常清楚，當然可以搭配慢跑運動把frank大的音頻調整一下不同配速聆聽，是運動腦內啡跟耳朵多巴胺的雙重享受。
