對很多移工朋友來說，走進便利商店結帳可能是一件「會緊張」的事: 聽不懂店員在說什麼、怕排隊太慢、甚至擔心買到不符合飲食禁忌的食物。
在Angel訪談的下半集內容中，我們延伸聊到 One-Forty 與全家的合作案例：他們先做了「移工便利商店大調查」，蒐集了上千份回饋，發現移工幾乎每兩天就會去一次便利商店、單次消費甚至不低，便利商店早就是移工生活的一部分。也因此，全家開始思考：怎麼把「友善」做進日常的服務流程？
