Take a listen if you want actual facts and a good laugh!!! Science Communication is HARD! However, Zoë and Kylee do a first-class job. What makes YDS so special is that it sits at the intersection of entertainment and education (you actually learn things backed by actual science). They’re also not afraid to say, “We don’t know,” when there isn’t concrete evidence either way.

A nice relief when most podcasts about diet culture in sports are a bit too schmaltzy for me. Thank you Zoë and Kylee for doing the work to make sure all of us running about in the hills like madmen are not also making silly nutrition mistakes.
