今天視障專班的第二期開始，我到教室時，有同學已經先到了，他們三個說是一起走路過來的。傳說中練瑜伽最困難的步驟是踏上瑜珈墊，但真的沒有這麼難。今天第一次用瑜伽柱自我按摩，看起來很有效果，大部分人壓到該唉唉叫的地方都很有感覺。如果有慢性疼痛或特別僵硬的同學，先按摩再搭配體位法，會有更好的練習體驗。

這件事一直掛在心上，直到前陣子，我們決定主動行動，先安排了一對一體驗課，再到小班制的團課體驗後，決定持續開設這個課程，目前規劃為每月一次，並搭配課堂錄音，方便學員在家練習。 more
