Everyone has ADHD, so let’s keep this short. As two sober girls, moms, health and wellness coaches, and sober advocates, we share our journey of breaking up with alcohol to reclaim our lives, and end the cycle of self-poisoning. While our paths to sobriety were radically different, together we created a modern and quite attractive guide to sobriety, if we do say so ourselves.

These ladies get it on sobriety. I’ve listened to them for more than a year and they are on a roll! Their vibrant energy and lifestyle hits all the marks - wellness, spirituality, personal growth, beauty and fun! I never know what their week’s content will bring, but I do know I always look forward to listening.
This has potential but there was way too much advertising about their masterclass. What if someone wants to sober up and this is the first option they had and cant afford the masterclass?
I appreciate this podcast, but unless there is a guest, there is often such little value or actual practical advice. Like, I’ll read a title that intrigues me, but finish the episode with no real answers or insights. Most of these episodes are just the hosts repeating the episode summary over and over, mixed with “join our membership.” Hope this is just some helpful feedback to more thoughtfully consider what a listener will walk away with.
Excellent job of truth telling Erinn. So heart breakingly true. Speak louder. xx
Erinn and Michaela are rock star sober wellness coaches and mentors. These inspiring, gorgeous ladies have helped me more on my sober and spiritual journey than any source other than God - My Highest Source! They are the real deal and so full of wisdom and love!
