  • Great Exercise episode!

Thank you for this great episode about exercise! I already shared it with a few other professionals & potential Renfrew’s patients (& families), who struggle with over-exercise. Kristen is a wonderful resource & Spring Lane is lucky to have her. Raising awareness about this is so important. I wish more coaches & doctors would listen to this. Keep up the good work ladies!
