  • Very nuanced information, highly recommend

I've been following Sohee and Ben on social media for a long time and have read both of Ben's books. Not only do they always strive to give evidence-based and nuanced information, but they also seem to have a lot of empathy and look at people's situations in a very holistic way. Highly recommend the podcast and their other channels!

  • Love this podcast already

I have listened to the first 4 podcasts and already really enjoying and looking forward to listening to the 5th. It’s nice to hear genuine people just talking about topics which are just down to earth, especially in the fitness industry knowing people aren’t perfect as some podcasts try to show. Love to hear how natural the conversation is and how Sohee and Ben both want each other to be themselves together

  • I love the all or something and science based approach Sohee and Ben both have! As someone who lives with chronic pain, this is what keeps me exercising consistently even when it isn't perfect. Shout out to Ben as well for Fat Loss Habits- it helped me get back to my normal weight after things spiraled a bit over the past few years between my own chronic illness and caregiving for family. Thank you both for sharing your personal stories, and I can't wait to see where the podcast goes from here!
