best nutrition science podcast for sure!! love the nutrition content and other overall health conversations too!
So disappointed in the skims ads. Supporting a company that has done so much harm to women around the globe makes me not trust any of the content anymore. Sold out.
Simon should stick to plant-based eating and health as advocated in his book. Lately, he’s just been pushing too many supplements and gadgets (mattress covers, smart watches, blood tests, etc) that it’s pretty sickening. He’s obviously getting kickbacks. His scientist/health professional guests are usually quite good and that’s the only reason I may keep listening.
Good content but the number of ad breaks is insane, I listen to it much less than I would like to because of that
Packed with ads and promotional content. Unfollowed the show as a result.
