    I typically enjoy listening to this podcast…good content while doing yard work or commuting. I agree with Kyle, VP of comp from the consulting firm in Episode 91 on In n Out. Good company and great employee practices. However, advocacy for unions is puzzling! The cost added to a business with represented employees is 30% or more than maintaining positive personnel practices.
