  • So much fantastic content!

While I have been a loyal listener for many years there were hundreds of podcasts that I had NOT listened to. Over the past several months and during my early morning walks I have been listening to or reviewing all of the podcasts that were "unplayed" on my podcast player.

Wow! There was so much rich, or should I say awesome, information and content. There were interviews with expert researchers, leaders, executive coaches, and others that I knew of their work but did not realize that Pete had ... more

  • Mattering at Work (8/11/25, EP 1083)

During my early morning walk this morning (8/11/25) I listened to episode 1083 in which Pete interviews Zach Mercurio. The title "How Tiny Actions Inspire Others Through Mattering" highlighted what I have often observed in some corporate worlds: the high levels of disengagement. Dr. Mercurio discusses "mattering" and "anti-mattering" that for me clearly explained what can lead to disengagement.

  • Practical Wisdom for Workplace Excellence

Mockaitis has this knack for getting straight to the point with his guests, pulling out actionable advice you can use right away. What I love is the variety - one week you're learning about creativity, the next it's negotiation skills or productivity hacks. It's like having a mentor in your earbuds. The episodes are concise, so I can usually fit one in during my commute. If you're looking to up your game at work without wading through fluff, give this a listen.
