I attended the Beyou live with my coworkers and it was an amazing experience. I love Jill’s ideas on how to transform how you think and how something that simple can help change your overall life! Everyone is going through things and to not be so hard on myself. Highly recommend! I hope to one day be able to do her retreats!

  • Jill is so authentic

The Be You Podcast is one of the most authentic shows. Jill is exactly what she preaches. Which is how to just Be You. How to stop hiding behind what you thought you had to be to gain the world’s approval. I appreciate Jill’s knowledge in trauma and the fact that she shares her personal journey to her own healing from trauma. I also love how she teaches us to be compassionate with ourselves and to realize we are ok. She doesn’t judge!! Great show and worth the listen!!!
