I can never be grateful enough for the episode of enmeshment and Megan in your book particularly when you talk about non-golden enmeshed child who doesn’t go to the categories of golden child, scapegoat or invisible child. I was always puzzled about this confusing type of mother- daughter relationship which does not fit in any of the above-mentioned categories and you solved it for me!!!!!! I appreciate it a lot! I highly recommend reading your book “You are not the problem!”
Katie is the first person I've ever come across who seems to be able to reach inside my head, know my experiences and explain them to me. She's such a beautiful person with a good heart and a beautiful soul. Thank you Katie 🙏
I couldn’t recommend this podcast more. Katie is an incredible host. I heard her on another podcast and was so excited to find she had one herself. I wouldn’t be able to be breaking cycles if it weren’t for Katie and her insight and advice.
Wonderfully insightful and nuanced to highlight self-awareness and understanding.
Such a powerful podcast which helps me to feel seen and my feelings validated. Also to learn more about how the childhood trauma I experienced still affects me today and tools to heal some more. Thank you 🩷
