While listening to the 2020 episode on Canadian slavery, I was also reading the Wikipedia page on the same topic. Craig was just repeating the wiki page word for word.

Post note: since writing this review I have lowered my star rating because the ads are too long now and too frequent. I not sure I will keep listening due to long ads for AirBNB and Better Health….
-Great podcast, love the stories, so many I have lived through. But need more NL and east coast stories. There is lots of history and lots of accounts of fascinating stories.
I’ve been listening to this show for a good amount of time, and recently I’ve noticed a serious decline in quality. Craig is a great host, but the actual show time is negligent. An entire podcast episode can last about 30 mins long, but it’s started with 5 mins of ads at the beginning, another 5 mins of ads in the middle, then finally, another ad read at the end.
