  • The space program

Jordan, a few years back I heard you ask a guest, “how can I grow China Talk?” That day I didn’t think you would last as a podcaster.

Today, the quality of people you are able to come on the show is amazing.

Your ability to drop leading questions and the shut up is remarkable.

Congratulations, I look forward to each of your podcasts. 2nd breakfast is genius.

  • Content great, audio shocking

    Love this pod. Great discussions.

Drives me insane that every episode has a different audio quality. This week’s ep, the guy sounds underwater.

Makes my heart sink when a new ep is up because I’ll know I have to sit through bad recording.

After sticking with this for nearly a year, I am now a “former“ listener/reader. I find that the quality varies enormously, and that the topic selection lacks coherence. Perhaps most disturbing of all is that when I try to listen in order to be able to do other things simultaneously, I am assaulted by a host who sounds like a high school sophomore trying to frame a thought or a sentence with as many “…..like” phrases as possible. It makes my head hurt. None of my adult children speak that way be... more

  • Thought provoking

The range of topic is indeed wild. The last episode “Dissent from Moscow to Beijing” was really good.
