This is a great podcast with good information and detail; however, the narrative is told incredibly slow. I have to take the episodes in sections otherwise I zone out missing half of what was said. A tone much like a professor that has taught the same subject for far longer than he/she should have. The research is there but relayed in a blasé fashion. So much potential though!
Great podcast about unique aspects of NYC. Definitely worth the time and you can’t help but learn something new.The narrator has a soothing voice as well, a bonus!
This is the best podcast about New York.
Bruce walks you through the streets of old New York, a city he dearly loves. There's so much research behind each of these walks that you can feel the long-ago stories in the present-day places.
I enjoy this cast very much. I hope they keep it up because it's interesting and totally keeps my attention although I already know so much about nyc history. It's so good !
Please don't use the background music again. It was incredibly distracting.
