    I must thank Tom Henschel and his team for these podcasts. Since I discovered them I am learning so much. The reality of the examples he offers and the rules to apply are terrific. As a women leader I have been through many of the situations you describe, such as presence or taking things personally. The coaching tips offered are easily implemented. Shame I didn’t start following you before!
