Thanks Tom. Every episode is a real gem. The one from July 2025 on healthy assertions was especially instructive for me.

  • 11/5/25 How to Motivate and Inspire ...

I loved this podcast related to inspiring and motivating! Too often leaders (and people) focus on what is wrong with the team member, family member, friend, etc. In this podcast @Tom Henschel emphasizes the importance of providing positive feedback and what is being doine well rather than the more traditional focus on what is wrong (negative/corrective feedback). Great tips and content!
