    I love listening to Jeff and Tasha interview various, knowledgeable practitioners, each of whom demonstrate a distinct perspective on meditation, mindfulness, and realit(y/ies). In my opinion, one reason this is valuable is to assuage fear that listeners who fear they/we may “not be doing it right” can internalize that if they’re meditating at all, they can’t not be doing it right.
