  • SCOTUS is illegitimate

Checking in here on 6/29/24. SCOTUS just gave cities the ability to arrest the unhoused for sleeping outside. If we continue at this pace this country will be burning. This pod is an excellent primer on various court reforms. It stops short of suggesting we burn it all down.

  • Is this podcast still a thing?

Random podcast schedule. I love Elie’s voice when I catch him on cable news shows. Having his up-to-date long take on current SCOTUS session would be amazing.
