    This podcast is extremely entertaining and informative. Dave and team are inclined to technological solutions and modernist techniques and ingredients but they have a true passion for and expansive knowledge of food and drinks in all styles and across the world. I have learned so much and gotten so much better at cooking from listening to this podcast (even though I don’t have many modernist ingredients or advanced cooking tools).     This is by far one of my favourite podcasts and I am a mediocre cook at best. Funny, interesting and lot of non-cooking related issues and banter. Can’t recommend enough
