  • Found via Apple Pods

I was craving for smart-trend-tech focus pod, since The Globe and Mail cancelled Lately (another show) and I’m happy to have run into this one. Editing is easy to understand, entertaining and topics are well researched

  • Making sense of and untangling what feels like a ball of spaghetti some days!

Charlie is such a curious and thoughtful interviewer. So clever to consider how Elon is a product of his own algorithms. Time to get outside and throw my phone in the metaphorical ocean. Not the real one…that would be bad for the fish.

  • So good

Meet Charlie through the the Chasing Scratch podcast on their first trip to Ireland. He impressed me then with his intelligence, stories, writing, and his humor. This project suits him to a tee. Loved the first episode and can’t wait for more.

  • I’ll Try Again

I’ll try again. Warzel’s reporting is some of the best and most trenchant on AI today. The first episode was (deliberately directed???) quirky, chatty, high-pitched, and insider. Charlie’s going to have to work harder to let the general public in, or risk having us walk away wondering what they were so amused about.

  • Had high hopes

I thought the premise of this show sounded interesting and I wanted to hear more. But the organization and actual narrative were really lacking. I couldn’t figure out where the host’s questions were trying to go and the number of “likes” and “ums” were extremely distracting. It came off as being poorly planned and poorly executed.
