  • Important information about fuel for dancers!

    A great interview about how to support our young dancers.

    I was delighted to hear that fat is no longer bad for you but is important to fuel the brain. I think the authors are very brave to “swim against the stream” and talk about the importance of real food and the good advise: if it comes in a package read the label, if you can’t pronounce the ingredients then don’t eat it!”

    Eating proper food for young dancers is so important because they are also growing and developing their brain.
