  • I needed to hear this message. First, I'm also a very light drinker, but unlike Gretchen, I take life way too seriously and don't always know how to find joy in everyday life. My husband likes to joke that I have way too many buttons and people have a lot of fingers, so I'm always annoyed. I needed this wake-up call. It starts today. Thank you Gretchen!

  • New Listener

I would consider myself very picky about which podcasts I can listen to. That being said- I LOVE this podcast. I follow Gretchen on IG and finally started listening to the podcast. She gives such great life advice. Something about her advice really grounds you when you may be mad or confused and it reminds you of who you are and how to live like you’d preach.

I like the rambles, I like the tangents, I just like the raw honesty.
