This podcast is awesome. Josh is so down to earth and real, and from that he invites and enables his guests to be real, too. Maybe that’s why he’s so able to drill down to the essentials of how we’re all hurting and help bring forward effective ways to heal.
It’s so hard to call out dysfunction, thank you for taking the time to remind people what dysfunction is, that it’s ok to call it out, and that you are allowed to remove yourself from it.
Love this podcast. There is so much I can say but what I love the most is there are some views I don’t agree with, BUT I don’t feel like I’d get shot down by Josh for it, but instead be met with kind curiosity. This creates a safe space to be genuinely curious about what I actually think rather than bypass or use the podcasters opinion as a shield. So rare.
Suicide is such a big thing that needs to be talked about so much! So does abuse and everyone wants to ignore it .
Listened to the one with Jess who dislikes psychiatrists and the practice of psychiatry. For someone who gets very upset that people who go through trauma are all generalised as having a medial disorder, she seems very happy to state ALL psychiatrists don’t care about their patients; the ALL actively harm their patients; they ALL know nothing!
