    I’ve been following E since 2021 when I got into my fitness journey real heavy. He’s very knowledgeable and understanding to different lifestyles . I was a part of the club house, and everything is tailored to fit YOUR lifestyle . I listen to his podcasts on my commute to work (an hour) and while I’m doing my cardio .
