This podcast is so beautiful. I have post concussion syndrome and for the first time in a year I am able to sleep without pharmeceuticals. It gives me so much peace and comfort. To relax is a gift, to sleep is allowing my brain to heal. Thank you so very much for being so open with your mind so that mine can rest. May you be well and feel loved!
