Wow, what an incredible podcast. Perfect timing as I have teenagers who are most definitely fitting into these dopamine and seratonin affects. Could listen to TJ for hours as he made it all so easy to understand. I did listen while walking but I feel calm and energised, and I do stop and touch a lovely tree for a while.
