但身为家长，我更想分享的是：
当一个国家都开始反思教育，我们家长能做什么？

1. 事先分配时间给重要的人 👉 不要让工作永远占满行程，主动安排时间给在乎的人，用时间证明关系的重要。
2. 提供对方真正想要的爱与陪伴 👉 不只用你「方便」的方式去爱对方，而是用对方渴望被理解的方式去表达爱。
3. 协助对方达成他人生最重要的三件事 👉 用时间、能力、情感去支持家人/挚友的价值目标，做他们成长背后的推手。
我做媒体，接触过很多外表光鲜、内心焦虑的人——包括我自己。我也曾经相信：如果比不过别人赚的钱、背景、头衔，那我至少要活得幸福、活得满足。这是不是也是一种胜利？ more
