I have never rated or reviewed a podcast, but after listening to just one episode… I knew I had to give it 5 stars!! The recent episode about HA in average sized bodies totally resonated with me. It opened my eyes to a few things to adjust in my life as we are TTC. Thank you ladies!!!

If it weren’t for Caitlan and Sophia’s raw, honest (but tenderly-delivered) messages, I wouldn... more

Caitlin and Sofia have been key contributors on my journey of motherhood and TTC my second. Being faced with a recent diagnosis of PCOS and secondary infertility has been such a whirlwind along with figuring out motherhood. But with their help I’ve made so many changes to my physical lifestyle, emotional health and I know that when I do finally conceive a lot of it will be because of them. Their astronomical knowledge of fertility is so eye opening and they make me feel seen as a mother and som... more
