I started listening to this podcast about two
months ago. I started with episode one and I am now on episode 273. I wanted to take the time to thank you for all you do. The words you speak touch my heart and soul. I have found you to be extremely healing and helpful. Thank you!
Barb is the best! I look forward to Monday morning as I always hear something useful from every episode and I discovered the podcast around #92. The Friday Fragment newsletter is also super helpful.
I find the information shared in every episodes is invaluble. Worth every minute. Barb has been where I am now and I want to be where she is! I regret that I didn't find this podcast 300 episodes ago.
But the unnecessary profanity .. it detracts from your message.
I’m a member of ACA and I heard Barb talk about boundaries on another podcast and I knew immediately that I needed to get more of what she was talking about. Love this podcast!
