I thinks that’s the best thing I listened to for sooo lonnng on this app !!!
Maybe it’s the way Forrest taps into exactly the topic du jour on social media with research and complexity that no one else brings… Maybe it’s the fact that listening to Rick is like if Mr. Rogers were still here in 2025 to weigh in on the challenges of adulthood… u guys rock my world. I’ve been listening for years and sincerely believe you’ve changed the way I live my life for the better. I never leave podcast reviews, but then again, I never find this much value in other podcasts.
Wonderful podcast with authentic hosts who do appear to genuinely want to increase accessibility to knowledge around mental health. Forrest is an excellent and well-researched interviewer and Rick is a very grounded speaker who radiates insight. We have been assigning these podcasts to our frontline employees at our mental health clinic and they love it. Thank you both for this content!
