  • Data centers & water use

On today’s episode someone suggested that data centers should probably be located more frequently in areas with more plentiful water supplies - in an ideal world, yes.

Then they offered a couple of examples of allegedly well watered states, including Texas.

Guys , we’re in an extended drought down here with booming population growth and few new water sources in sight - so check your assumptions please.

As if the data industry cared, of course.

If you want more uncritical thinking on topics everyone else is talking about from yet another Democrat Progressive hivemind, this is your podcast! You’d think it at least be tech oriented, more than half of it is just unhinged political commentary..
